The Atosa MSF8308GR mega top sandwich/salad prep table accommodates 30 polyethylene sixth-size pans across its extended preparation area. With three refrigerated sections below, operators can organize stored ingredients among individual compartments. The three adjustable shelves provide additional storage levels, and the polyethylene cutting board offers a work surface alongside the ingredient pans for assembling orders.
The Atosa MSF8308GR mega top sandwich/salad prep table has three self-closing solid doors that help reduce cold air loss after access. Each door features a stay-open mechanism for restocking, with magnetic gaskets sealing the cabinet when closed. The stainless steel interior and exterior resist corrosion, and recessed handles provide a grip without protruding from the doors.
