Amana HDC1015 Description
The Amana HDC1015 commercial microwave has 0.6 cubic feet of interior space to accommodate a half-size pan of food. Using touchpad controls, operators can choose between 11 power levels and 100 memory settings for speedy cooking. It includes 24 language options for versatile use and fits on a countertop so it's easily accessible. For monitoring, the unit includes an LED light to illuminate its interior and a glass door that's see through, which also prevents energy from escaping. Pans and plates can be held on the gasket-sealed borosilicate glass tray to keep the chamber clean. Because borosilicate glass contains boron trioxide, it's highly resistant to thermal shock and unlikely to break under stress from high temperatures.
Made of stainless steel, the Amana HDC1015 microwave oven is strong enough to withstand heavy-duty use without rusting, corroding, or denting. This unit is stackable to save countertop space, measuring 161⁄2 inches wide by 215⁄8 inches deep by 131⁄2 inches high. For maintenance, the air filter can be removed and cleaned to protect the oven's components. This microwave can be implemented in prep stations, casual dining restaurants, and food courts.
