The Amana ACE19N Commercial Jetwave™ high-speed combination oven has both convection and microwave functions, enabling users to maximize counterspace and cook products efficiently. This unit's door and interior are made of resilient stainless steel for superior corrosion resistance and quick cleaning. To ensure consistent cooking results and convenience in fast-paced environments, as many as 100 menu item settings can be loaded onto this unit via a standard flash drive.
The Amana ACE19N countertop oven features intuitive, straightforward touch pad controls. To protect the oven's components and ensure a long lifespan, it is equipped with a removable air filter that can be washed. This unit is sized to accommodate quarter-size metal trays, pans, and screens.
