The architecturally inspired Astragal™ pattern incorporates defining bands at the Oneida T119FDEF dessert fork's shank and near its handle tip to accentuate its classic teardrop shape. Because it introduces a subtly decorative look, it can be paired with banded or plain dinnerware. Its 18/10 stainless steel construction is the highest grade available for flatware because it consists of 18 percent chrome and 10 percent nickel. It's more expensive than mid-grade 18/8 flatware and economical 18/0 options while being more bend and rust resistant. Guests can pierce and lift bites of tiramisu, thick-crusted pies, or cakes with this 63⁄4-inch utensil.
