Its tempered glass surface is durable and simple to wipe clean, while its stainless steel body adds strength as well as rust and corrosion resistance. With a low-profile design, this 24-inch-wide by 13 3⁄4-inch-deep by 1 3⁄4-inch-high unit fits on a countertop.
The Spring USA ST-1220 warming tray is powered on and off with the flip of a switch. For transport, its round handles provide mobility in a banquet establishment or catering hall. This unit is sized to hold one full-size food pan or smaller variations of incremental pans.
