Spring USA SM-181C-T Description
With the Spring USA SM-181C-T countertop commercial induction range, users can hold foods at the proper serving temperature in a buffet line or cook with an induction-ready pan. This unit has two modes: cook and temp. When in cook mode, users can adjust the power to a level between 1 and 20. In temp mode, users can set the temperature to a precise number between 110 and 400 degrees.
This Spring USA SM-181C-T induction range is operated with solid-state controls, so it's simple to use. A knob turns the power on and off, and a large LED display and indicator lights show the power or temperature level. The range's top is made of smooth tempered glass for simple cleaning.
