Compatible with front-of-house applications, this Spring USA QS7230 buffet table features three hidden SmartStone™ induction ranges mounted beneath the table's surface to warm prepared food without flames or fuel. Operators can adjust temperatures from 145 to 185 degrees Fahrenheit with the induction range controls mounted into the walnut-colored wood edge. SmartScan® technology heats the serving vessels instead of the countertop to reduce the risk of damage, while its solid-state controls prevent falling below or rising above the intended voltage. A lighted temperature indicator provides an accurate temperature readout so operators can monitor heating.
When the Spring USA QS7230 hot food table's ranges aren't in use, this table can display food. Its durable, nonporous top is simple to wipe clean between uses, and its snow white surface and dark walnut wood edge match a wide range of decorative themes. For a sleek, minimalist presentation, this 72-inch-wide by 30-inch-deep by 37.5-inch-high table features an open base with four brushed stainless steel legs. Locking 5-inch-diameter casters with rubber tires simplify transport between the kitchen and serving area.
