Market Forge ETP-10E Description
The Market Forge ETP-10E Eco-Tech™ Plus electric steamer has two full-size compartments, each of which has a generator that stays in ready mode for instant steaming when business picks up. With access ports for delimer and descaler, the generators are mounted at the rear of the compartments. This unit has automatic water level control, and its preheat thermostat is set at 190 degrees Fahrenheit.
This Market Forge ETP-10E floor model steamer can hold five 12-inch by 20-inch by 2.5-inch steam table pans per compartment, and because the interior liners are made of 316 stainless steel, they are highly resistant to corrosion. In the compartments, the right, left, and rear panels can be removed and cleaned thoroughly. For collecting condensate and automatically sending it to the tempering tank, the bottom compartment has a drip trough at the front. Doors on this steamer are made of stainless steel, fully insulated, and have silicone rubber gaskets that prevent steam from leaking out. When one of the doors is opened, the steam power is shut off for employee safety.
