Town 57131 Description
The Town 57131 RiceMaster® rice cooker can hold 30 cups of uncooked rice—this measurement is based on Asian rice cups, with each one equaling 6 ounces. Resistant to rust and dents, its body is constructed of 20-gauge stainless steel, while the double-wall body is insulated and equipped with heating elements for even heating. To facilitate cleaning and serving, the rice pot is removable, and its hinged cover is vented and heated to release steam and minimize heat loss.
To keep countertops clean, the Town 57131 rice cooker and holder has a condensate collector that catches liquids. Its illuminated touch controls have indictor lights to alert the user, and the hardware and components are high impact to withstand heavy use. The automatic cook and warm operation simplifies use because it will end the cook cycle once rice is cooked and hold it until it is served. A high-limit protection feature prevents the unit from overheating.
