Wolf WEG48E Description
The Wolf WEG48E electric griddle features two solid sheathed tubular incoloy heating elements to heat the 1⁄2-inch-thick plate. Providing durability and streamlining cleaning, the plate is made of polished steel, and for corrosion resistance, the unit’s front, sides, and top ledge are constructed of stainless steel. Measuring 48 inches wide by 311/2 inches deep by 151/4 inches high, this unit is designed for countertop use
For each 12 inches of griddle width, the Wolf WEG48E countertop griddle features one snap-action thermostat and cycling light. Using these thermostats, operators can adjust the temperature between 200 and 450 degrees Fahrenheit, and to prevent accidental changes, the controls are equipped with chromed knob guards. To simplify cleaning, it’s equipped with a front grease trough and a grease drawer that stores runoff. Accounting for uneven surfaces, this unit is mounted on 4-inch legs.
