The Wolf TYG48C teppanyaki griddle has a 3-inch-wide grease trough that drains into a large-capacity grease collector, keeping the griddle surface free of oily buildup without frequent maintenance. Its sole ring-style burner features an infinite control heat valve for precise cooking temperature regulation. A countertop griddle such as this can produce eggs, pancakes, burgers, and grilled sandwiches in smaller locations with limited available space.
The stainless steel side and back splashes of the Wolf TYG48C teppanyaki countertop griddle contain hot grease and redirect it into the grease collector, keeping the cooking area fresh and reducing messy drips. Its 3⁄4-inch-thick griddle plate is made of highly polished stainless steel that resists rust and reduces flavor transfer between foods. A built-in pilot safety valve shuts off gas flow to the pilot and burner if the pilot extinguishes, reducing the danger of gas leaks or fire.
