Wolf ASA36 Description
Suitable for high-volume use, the Wolf ASA36 gas griddle features a fully welded stainless and aluminized steel chassis. Furthermore, its top ledge, front, sides, and splash guards are stainless steel for durability and corrosion resistance. Its cool bull-nose design reduces the risk of injury, while its bottom heat shields protect the surface it rests on from heat damage. Measuring 36 inches wide by 311/2 inches deep by 151/4 inches high, this unit is designed for countertop placement.
The Wolf ASA36 countertop griddle is equipped with three aluminized steel burners, each with an embedded snap-action thermostat. Using these thermostats, operators can adjust the temperature between 200 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit. Its 1-inch-thick griddle plate can withstand repeated heating and cooling without warping, and because it's made of polished steel, it can be easily cleaned. To further streamline the cleaning process, this unit is equipped with a spatula-wide grease gutter and a 6-quart grease drawer.
