Finex S12-10001 Description
The Finex S12-10001 skillet measures 18 1⁄2 inches long by 12 inches wide by 3 1⁄2 inches tall; it's made of heavy-gauge cast iron to retain heat when cooking and serving a range of dishes. This durable construction can be cooked in ovens, over coals, and on grills and standard or induction stovetops. To accommodate roasts, sauces, stews, and more, its CNC-machined smooth cooking surface measures 9 3⁄4 inches in diameter and is pre-seasoned with 100 percent flaxseed oil that enhances rust resistance and nonstick qualities. Its octagonal structure features eight rounded corners and eight angled sides that facilitate pouring and lifting baked goods with a spatula. Waitstaff can securely grip the stainless steel spring handle during tableside service, while the helper tab on the opposing side adds grip support. To uphold the piece's upscale, warm-hued aesthetic, it's built with a hand-polished milled end cap that patinas similarly to the surface's bronze finish. After use, it can be stored on a hook using the integrated hanging hole.
