Finex S10-10001 Description
Versatile enough to sear steaks, bake cornbread, and simmer sauces, the Finex S10-10001 skillet is made of heavy-gauge cast iron with a thick, heat-retaining base and walls. Its CNC-machined smooth cooking surface comes pre-seasoned with 100 percent flaxseed oil to enhance its nonstick quality in addition to rust resistance. Over time, its bronze finish will deliver an elegant patina that darkens with repeated use. This piece of cookware can be used on the grill or stovetop, over coals, on induction-heating surfaces, and in the oven. While its eight rounded corners facilitate pouring from any side, the eight flat, angled sides enable users to place spatulas behind baked goods to ease lifting. To ease tableside service, it's built with one stainless steel spring handle that remains cool, and a helper tab on the other side adds support when delivering heavy dishes. To complement elegant decorative themes in fine-dining settings, the handle features a milled, hand-polished end cap that patinas like the cast iron structure. An integrated hole facilitates hanging for safe, sanitary storage.
