Finex L10-10001 Description
By placing the Finex L10-10001 skillet lid atop a compatible Finex skillet or Dutch oven, it can facilitate simmering, boiling, and braising meats, roasts, and stews. This octagonal/square piece's underside is built with dual basting rings that collect steam so it can boil off and drip back into the cooking food, enhancing flavor. Its inner lip fits securely along cookware with six pour spouts to retain heat, moisture, and flavor. For a reduced chance of this lid rattling when contents are boiled, the rim rests along its sides. To keep contents from sticking while enhancing rust resistance, its cast iron construction is pre-seasoned with an organic flaxseed oil and a bronze finish that will patina and darken over time for an upscale appearance. Its milled, hand-polished lid knob matches the skillets' end caps for uniformity and lends a secure grip so waitstaff can lift the lid with ease when presenting dishes to the table.
