The Sharp RCD1200M TwinTouch™ commercial microwave has a large cavity that can hold two two-third-size pans side by side or a half-size pan in either direction. The unit has a control panel on the top and bottom to provide accessibility whether it is placed on a high shelf or directly on the counter. Its control system aids in operation with 11 power levels and 100 programmable functions. Because the microwave is made of stainless steel, it supports heavy use and facilitates the cleaning process. It can be stacked with other units to maximize space in crowded kitchens.
