Sipromac 350 Chamber Vacuum Sealer w/ (1) 19" Seal Bar, 120v

The Sipromac 350 tabletop vacuum sealer is compatible with low-volume use in grocery stores, schools, hospitals, restaurants, and other establishments that portion, freeze, or cook products sous vide. For effective sealing, it's equipped with a reliable, 20-cubic-meter-per-hour Busch pump and 19¹⁄₁₀-inch-long seal bar. Its 6⁴⁄₅-inch-tall chamber features 15²⁄₅ inches from the seal bar to the back of the unit to accommodate variously sized bags with vegetables, meat, cheese, soups, sauces, and even non-food products such as medicines.

To simplify sealing for various products, the Sipromac 350 vacuum sealer features an MC-40 microprocessor with a vacuum sensor. Two insert plates come with this unit to modify sealing height when vacuuming small bags. The silencer minimizes noise during operation to accommodate quiet settings such as small restaurants and hotel dining areas. For tabletop placement, this unit measures 23 inches wide by 23⁷⁄₁₀ inches deep by 19⁷⁄₁₀ inches high. Its stainless steel construction resists wear, rust, and corrosion throughout long-term back-of-house applications, while its clear top lid gives staff has a view of the sealing process.
