The Lodge oval non-slip silicone underliner is the perfect companion to oval serving griddles, so you can protect your surfaces and customers from getting burned. Specially designed for use with oval serving griddles (LOSH3 and LOS3). While surface texture helps promote air circulation and reduce heat transfer, the non-slip construction provides added confidence when serving to customers.
