The Lodge UOPB underliner must be washed by hand to protect its finish. This oval wood piece is finished with a gray walnut stain and sized to support LOS3 and LOSH3 serving griddles. Measuring 11 3⁄4 inches long by 9 1⁄4 inches wide by 3⁄4 inch high, it creates a barrier between hot cast iron and tabletop surfaces while complementing rustic or casual presentation.
