Absolutely fantastic!
Decided to get some of these after having a delicious meal at the Hermitage Capital Grille in Nashville. I have recreated the meal numerous times now thanks to these cast iron babies. Absolutely love them! The food stays piping hot, sometimes too hot. Presentation is wonderful. Price was by far the lowest anywhere. I am going to order some smaller pans to compliment the larger ones. I use these for everything - filets, casseroles, side dishes, cobblers, I even made chicken enchiladas the other night! Currently have 12 but am considering having 16 of these in addition to the smaller ones.
