Use it for bread, other things too
"great steam production for artisan bread making. shallow pan makes slashing the crust much safer than deeper pans. Gets super hot and makes fabulous crust. Best bread I've ever made. Used my other dutch ovens. No comparison. This one is more narrow at the bottom. Perfect for a 8 or 10 inch round loaf. Get hot mits."
