A Product Worth Owning
I Purchased this Skillet a Few Days Ago, I was surfing the net for square skillet with a "smooth bottom" but some of them were just a little too Pricey, so I cast my lot for the Lodge. It did have a rough bottom (which I already knew). I washed it and rubbed the Inside with some Lard and set it on the eye on top of the stove over Low Heat for about 3hrs., then I cooked some Pancakes and Eggs, It worked like a "Champ", what more can I say, this is what a TRUE NON-STICK SKILLET is suppose to be All About . If One Knows Hows to Treat Cast Iron Like your Granny did, you cannot go wrong !
Exactly what she wanted
This was a gift for my future daughter-in-law she is just beginning to experiment in the kitchen. So far, no complaints!
