"I just used the pan for the first time last night. It does take some getting used to. I followed the instructions as to how to care for the pan. I washed and dried it and then rubbed canola oil on the entire interior of the pan. I made fried flounder on the stove. The pan cooked the fish very nicely. There were some sports that stuck to the pan, but for the most part, the fish came off the pan nicely. I believe if I had used a non-stick pan the wouldn't have broken apart so easily. All in all, I was pleased but am looking forward to using it more and more to get used to handling such a heavy pan."
