Lodge HOSD Description
Great for serving food straight from the oven to the table, the Lodge HOSD oval cast iron server has a 36-ounce capacity that can be used for chicken, pork chops, barbecue, and other popular dishes. Made of cast iron, the dish is resilient and provides excellent heat retention. This material can be used on most cooking equipment—from ranges and ovens to grills and induction cooktops. For corrosion resistance, the pre-seasoned serving dish is heat treated.
