A great alternative to Le Creuset
"We have been using our Chefmate 6 qt. dutch oven for two years, with only two complaints: it's too small for big batches of stews, and the enamel has chipped in places. This dutch oven is huge, it has a lovely enamel finnish, and retains heat as well as any other cast iron vessel we've used. It's on the heavy side, but you'll forgive that when you see how it distributes the heat evenly. Le Creuset, eat your heart out!"
