The Lodge EC4D33 Dutch oven come with a matching cover to lock in steam and flavor during slow cooking or roasting. Holding up to 4 1⁄2 quarts, it measures 10 inches in diameter by 4 inches high. It’s constructed of enameled cast iron for even heat distribution and lasting durability. Its vibrant Caribbean blue exterior brings color to prep or tableside service. This piece isn't dishwasher safe to maintain the integrity of its finish.

Great for no-knead rustic bread
I bought this to make bread in, as mine was too large. This size has been great for the bread. I'm very happy I got it!

Great product, price, & packing to ship
Solid Product. Arrived in mint condition due to good packing job at Katom's shipping department. Wait to buy a metal replacement knob for the lid, if you think you need it for high temperature cooking because mine came with a metal one and I was expecting the plastic one. Great way to warm up a cold winter kitchen with some good food.
