Measuring 12 9⁄16 inches in diameter by 3 2⁄4 inches high (exterior), the Lodge EC3CC33 casserole offers a 3 3⁄5-quart capacity for baking, roasting, and simmering. It's compatible with refrigerator, gas, electric, ceramic, induction, and oven use, and is safe in oven temperatures as high as 500 degrees Fahrenheit. This piece has a circular shape with an off-white interior and Caribbean blue exterior, topped with a cover that features a stainless steel knob. Constructed of porcelain enameled cast iron, it delivers heat retention, even cooking, and long-lasting durability, and while it's dishwasher safe, hand washing will extend the product's life.

I would buy this product again. I love it.
I love my enamel cast iron, I love cooking in them and it's easy clean up.
Maybe someday it will be made in the USA again.
This is the best one of all. Very versatile. This one and the 7.5qt Oval one is all you would ever need. But it's nice to have all of them though...
Multi-purpose casserole
This pan is a great size for one meal dishes. Since it is cast iron, it can go from stove to oven to table with no problems. It is heavy, and the handles get hot, so you have to be sure you lift and move with care. It performs as well as the more expensive Le Creuset cast iron pans and casseroles.
