Lodge BW8LP Description
The Lodge BW8LP loaf pan is sized to bake a variety of breads, from sweet babka and brioche to sourdough and sandwich loaves. It's also well suited for fruit- and vegetable-based breads with high-moisture formulas, such as pumpkin, apple, and zucchini breads. Because it's made of cast iron, the pan resists warping, denting, and bending at high temperatures. This heavy material provides high-quality heat distribution and retention for consistent, even baking, and to help prevent sticking, the cast iron is seasoned with 100 percent natural vegetable oil.
