Lodge BW15PPA1 Description
With a 15-inch diameter, the Lodge BW15PP pizza pan is sized to bake traditional 14-inch large pizzas. Its rimless design is ideal for edge-to-edge baking, while silicone-grip end handles are included for comfortable, heat-resistant transport. Made of cast iron and seasoned with 100 percent natural vegetable oil, this pan is warp, dent, and bend resistant with nonstick properties. Because cast iron is so heavy, it promotes even heat distribution and long-lasting retention after baking. Overall, this pan measures 19 3⁄8 inches long by 15 inches wide by 1 1⁄4 inches high.
