Lodge BW15BPA1 Description
A great option for pizzas, biscuits, scones, cookies, and slab pies, the Lodge BW15BPA1 baking pan has a 15 1⁄2-inch by 10 1⁄2-inch interior. For long-lasting durability without bending, warping, and denting, the pan is made of cast iron—a heavy material that retains heat with even distribution throughout the bake. Because the material is seasoned with 100 percent natural vegetable oil, it has nonstick properties, and its heat treatment inhibits rusting over time. Comfortable and safe to lift and carry, the pan has built-in end handles with heat-resistant silicone grips. Overall, it measures 19 3⁄16 inches long by 10 13⁄16 inches wide by 1 9⁄16 inches high.
