Lodge BW15BP Description
Rectangular with end handles for comfortable gripping, the Lodge BW15BP baking pan measures 19 1⁄16 inches long by 10 13⁄16 inches wide overall. At this size, the interior has a 15 1⁄2-inch by 10 1⁄2-inch footprint—ideal for roasting vegetables, baking cookies and pizzas, and making biscuits. Made of seasoned cast iron, the pan evenly distributes and retains heat, resists warping, and has nonstick properties. Because the material is heat treated, it resists rusting better than traditional cast iron, and it's safe to use in ovens, on grills, and with campfires.
