Lodge BW13C Description
Resistant to warping, denting, and bending, the Lodge BW13C casserole pan is made of cast iron—a heavy-duty material that can last for generations. In addition to high levels of strength, this material evenly distributes and retains heat throughout the baking process. Seasoned with 100 percent natural vegetable oil, the dish's surface is nonstick, and because the pan has been heat treated, it's more resistant to rusting than traditional cast iron. It can be used in ovens, and the 13-inch by 9-inch interior is ideal for cakes, casseroles, and breads. Handles are integrated into the ends for comfortable lifting and carrying.
