It has a two-section configuration with an 8.9-cubic-foot interior and two solid doors—each mounted on a heavy-duty hinge with a self-closing mechanism and 90-degree stay-open position. ADA compliant at 32 inches tall, this model is constructed with a galvanized steel exterior top, bottom, and back and features 430 stainless steel side panels. Inside, the back, top, and bottom are finished with 304 stainless steel for structural integrity and simplified cleanup.

Outfitted with high-density polyurethane insulation, the Kelvinator Commercial KCHUC36R-32 refrigerator improves thermal retention without increasing the unit’s footprint. Its rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system circulates R600a hydrocarbon refrigerant and includes a fin and tube condenser that performs reliably in warm ambient conditions. The cooling system uses automatic defrost and is controlled via an external electronic display panel. Magnetic gaskets can be removed without tools for routine maintenance, while the vinyl-coated steel shelves inside are adjustable to accommodate different products. Heavy-duty casters are factory installed to simplify relocation and cleaning around the unit.
