The Kelvinator Commercial KCHMT70.30 sandwich and salad prep table is 72 inches wide by 35 1⁄10 inches deep by 43 1⁄4 inches high. It has three sections in its base that total 18 cubic feet of storage, and this base is refrigerated to store prepared ingredients within easy reach. Each of the three sections has a solid, hinged door for access and a vinyl-coated steel wire shelf.
The Kelvinator Commercial KCHMT70.30 sandwich and salad prep table’s refrigeration system is self-contained, bottom mounted, and uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to hold the contents at a set level between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The top of the prep table has two sections for holding food pans of sandwich and salad ingredients, facilitating quick and streamlined production; the top also has a full-length cutting board for assembling.
