The Kelvinator Commercial KCHMT60.24 mega top refrigerated sandwich/salad prep table's 9-inch-deep cutting board provides a dedicated full-length workspace for assembling sandwiches, salads, or wraps. Above the worktop, the pan rail accommodates 24 sixth-size pans for ingredient organization, with adapter bars included to configure pan layouts. This two-section model has a 15 1⁄3-cubic-foot interior and stands on installed heavy-duty casters for mobility. Its cabinet construction includes a galvanized steel back and bottom, 430 stainless steel side and top panels, and food-contact surfaces lined with 304 stainless steel. The four drawers offer front access to chilled storage items.
The Kelvinator Commercial KCHMT60.24 prep table is equipped with a fin and tube condenser that promotes reliable heat exchange in high-temperature environments. Its rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. An automatic defrost system prevents frost buildup without manual intervention, and electronic controls with an external digital display enable precise temperature management. The cabinet is insulated with high-density polyurethane foam to support energy efficiency, and a solid insulated lid protects rail pans when not in use.
