Amerikooler QC101077**FBRC-O Description
The Amerikooler QC101077**FBRC-O outdoor walk-in cooler measures 9 feet 9 3⁄4 inches wide by 9 feet 9 1⁄4 inches deep by 7 feet 7 inches tall and ships unassembled with modular ceiling, wall, and floor panels featuring a cam-action locking system and compression gaskets. To ease setup, it comes with a hardware and installation instruction kit, while the tongue-and-groove panels can be assembled to create an airtight structure. The panels are built with 4-inch-thick AK-XPS4 rigid foam that's permanently bonded to the primed metal surfaces and provides R-29 thermal resistance. The wall and ceiling panel interiors and exterior are laminated with 26-gauge stucco-embossed Acrylume® for lasting corrosion resistance. To accommodate standard foot traffic, the flooring is comprised of 4-inch-thick smooth aluminum panels that can support an evenly distributed load of 600 pounds per square foot.
The 76-inch-tall entrance door features two super cam-rise spring-assisted hinges to prevent the door from dragging the floor and minimizing gasket wear. It's also built with a spring-actuated door closer and three-sided magnetic gasket to ensure the door closely securely for a reduced risk of temperature fluctuations. So employees can safely exit a locked unit from the inside, its deadbolt keyed-handle latch features an interior safety lock release handle. Inside the unit, an LED light fixture is mounted on the door jamb, and operators can quickly turn the light on and off with the corresponding pilot light switch. A digital LED thermometer provides an accurate readout of interior temperatures.
This Amerikooler QC101077**FBRC-O outdoor walk-in cooler operates with the included Heatcraft Bohn BCH0008MBACZA0000 air-cooled condensing unit. Designed for remote installation, this piece of equipment measures 24 63⁄100 inches wide by 28 1⁄4 inches deep by 19 3⁄4 inches tall and can operate in ambient settings as hot as 90 degrees Fahrenheit. To maintain an interior temperature of 35 degrees Fahrenheit, it uses R-404A refrigerant.
