When fully assembled, it measures 9 feet 9¹⁄₄ inches wide by 9 feet 9³⁄₄ inches deep by 7 feet 7 inches tall. This kit ships with a hardware and installation kit including a shop drawing, detailed installation instructions, hex wrench for camlock panel assembly, and PVC press fit caps to ease setup. Its modular wall, ceiling, and floor panels measure 4 inches thick and are made of AK-XPS4 rigid foam providing an R-29 thermal resistance value in 55-degree-Fahrenheit mean temperatures. Operators can secure the panels together with the cam-action locking system, and its compression gaskets create airtight joints. For corrosion-resistant durability, the wall and ceiling panel exteriors and interiors are laminated with stucco-embossed Acrylume®.

Because it's built with two heavy-duty super cam-rise spring-assisted hinges and a door closer, the 76-inch-tall door opens and closes smoothly. For a secure seal that deters pests and minimizes temperature fluctuations, it's built with a three-sided magnetic gasket and flexible double wiper. An LED light above the door jamb highlights the storage area, and staff can simply turn this light on and off with the corresponding pilot switch. To hold vegetables, dairy products, meats, and other perishable items at 35 degrees Fahrenheit, the Amerikooler QC101077**FBRC walk-in cooler is equipped with a Heatcraft Bohn BCH0008MBACZA0000-BEL0095AS6AMAB0400 remote condenser with an electronically commutated (EC) motor. This unit should be installed in areas no warmer than 95 degrees Fahrenheit to promote efficiency, and to prolong its service life, it's made of corrosion-resistant painted steel. For reduced refrigerant and energy usage, it's built with microchannel coils.
