To hold precooked foods at safe serving temperatures for hours, a stainless steel heating element heats the Skyfood FWD2-18G food warmer display case's two shelves. This thermostatically controlled component can be adjusted to a maximum of 248 degrees Fahrenheit to accommodate changing inventory and various heating requirements. Each shelf includes three 5 1⁄2-inch-wide by 11-inch-deep by 3⁄4-inch-high trays to support a wide array of hot foods and organize product. Clear tempered glass encloses the unit, and it lacks corner posts to create a 360-degree view into the cabinet. LED top lighting highlights the interior to improve visibility and boost impulse buys.
