The Dudson HL288 coupe plate's linen-beige glaze provides a clean, unobtrusive backdrop that highlights plated foods. Its fully vitrified ceramic construction has a closed structure that minimizes water absorption to prolong its surface life, and it's durable enough to withstand daily use in restaurants in addition to microwave heating and dishmachine cleaning. To preserve its original shape and help prevent premature replacement, its rolled edge resists chipping. Its pin-fired, fully glazed foot reduces the risk of scratching dishes in storage.
