Dudson HG288 Description
The Dudson HG288 coupe plate's green glaze is applied by hand to create an artisanal look that enhances food presentation. To preserve integrity through high-volume use, its fully vitrified ceramic construction is durable and resistant to water absorption and scratching. In addition, its rolled edge resists chipping to reduce replacement needs. This 11 1⁄4-inch-diameter plate can be used to serve pork chops, steak, or prime rib, and can be run through a dishmachine cycle after use. For organized storage, it's safe to stack with other plates, and because its foot is fully glazed, it reduces scratching risk in storage.
