To contain sauce-based entrees, the Dudson HG281 coupe plate features a deep plating area; this 11-inch-diameter piece is made of a resilient ceramic capable of surviving demanding dining rooms and kitchens. To prolong service life, its rolled edge resists chipping, while its fully vitrified body resists scratching and water absorption. Part of the handcrafted Harvest series, its glaze is applied by hand for an artisanal flair. Its green hue adds an earthy touch that complements farm-to-table settings, and for simplified heating, cleaning, and storing, this microwave- and dishwasher-safe piece can be stacked with other plates. To protect other plates from scratching in storage, its foot is glazed.
