With its 11-inch diameter, the Dudson HB281 plate is ideal for serving steak, fish, ribs, and other large entrees. Its durable ceramic construction is safe for use in microwaves and dishwashers, and this design is nonporous to prevent liquid absorption. This plate is break resistant, and its amber brown glazed has been applied by hand across its entire body, including its footing. This glazed foot prevents damage to other plates when stacked in storage.
