The Randell FX-3SS-290 FX poultry and fish file refrigerator from the FX series is a single-section refrigerated unit engineered for point-of-use cold storage in commercial kitchens. Featuring three independently controlled refrigerated drawers, the unit allows operators to adjust temperatures from -4 degrees Fahrenheit to 40 degrees Fahrenheit for refrigerator or freezer operation as needed. Each drawer operates using its own self-contained refrigeration system with electronic controls to maintain accurate holding temperatures. The patented in-drawer cooling system directs airflow directly into the insulated drawer compartments to support temperature consistency and efficient operation.
