To simplify installation, the Randell FX-1CS-290 chef stand refrigeration system is self-contained. It operates only when the unit's single drawer is closed, conserving energy and preventing humidity buildup. The drawer is equipped with a removable insert made of high-impact ABS, and it's insulated to optimize chill preservation. Functioning as both refrigerator and freezer, this unit has a temperature range of -5 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit; these levels can be adjusted using precise electronic controls.
Suitable for installation flush against a wall, the Randell FX-1CS-290 refrigerator/freezer chef base has a front-breathing design. It's mounted on 6-inch casters to offer mobility and uses eco-friendly R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. It can accommodate 900 pounds to function also as an equipment stand. Because this unit's exterior is constructed of stainless steel, it can withstand heavy use without denting, scratching, or corroding.
