Randell PT84-36W-L 84" Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

To prevent cold air from seeping out of the cabinet, the Randell PT84-36W-L refrigerated prep table is insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane. Its temperature can be adjusted with thermostatic controls, and its refrigeration system is self-contained for streamlined installation. A 10-inch-wide cutting board spans the length of the unit, providing a convenient area for chopping and prepping. Enabling users to wheel it away for cleaning or maintenance, this unit is mounted on 6-inch casters.

The exterior of the Randell PT84-36W-L salad mega top table is made of stainless steel—a scratch- and rust-resistant metal that's well suited to heavy use. For additional durability and defense against corrosion, the interior is constructed of aluminum. It offers 23.93 cubic feet of interior space and can accommodate 15 third-size pans as deep as 6 inches. This unit features hot gas condensate evaporation and cools with R-134a refrigerant.
