It can hold 13 third-size pans, enabling this table to hold a wide variety of toppings such as sliced meats, shredded cheese, vegetables, and garnishes. Utilizing a recessed ledge design, this prep table keeps pans of stored product chilled from top to bottom, extending freshness and reducing spoilage.

The Randell 8395N-290 refrigerated pizza prep table has a cabinet base that includes 28.18 cubic feet of interior storage space for product. Its refrigeration system is self-contained and side mounted, operating with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a dual compressor construction for increased efficiency. Featuring removable press-fit gaskets in its three solid, hinged doors, this table seals cold air in and warm air out. For quick cleaning, the gaskets can be removed by hand.
