The Gold Medal 8090E countertop fryer is made with a shallow, wide frypot that's shaped for frying funnel cakes. Its 50-pound oil capacity can accommodate four full-sized funnel cakes simultaneously, and the ribbon heating element ensures the product cooks evenly no matter where it's placed in the vat. Quick oil recovery enables back-to-back funnel cake production for high-volume locations.
For grease fire prevention, this Gold Medal 8090E countertop funnel cake fryer has an emergency stop button that can be accessed promptly to prevent boil-over accidents. Its digital interface provides precise temperature control to avert overcooking. To streamline maintenance, a built-in drain plug enables the user to drain old oil quickly out of the machine and into a separate receptacle.
