Great for retrieving and serving medium pizzas, the Gold Medal 5651 pizza peel has a 12-inch by 12-inch blade. This blade is made of metal, so it's sturdier and easier to clean than wood alternatives. It also has a thinner profile, so it can easily slide under bread and pizzas.
