Gold Medal 5094-00-100 Description

No responce for service support
Our club purchased this fryer several years ago. We have trouble getting it lighted but once it's lighted it regulates well. Our problem with the company, Gold Metal, is that they do not respond to service information/support request. After several on-line request, I call their help line who suggested that I contact a local restraint for help. He promised to send a user/repair manual but didn't. I would look elsewhere for another fryer. There's no excuse for poor support!
