Gold Medal 3459CN Description
The Gold Medal 3459CN Flossine® mix is used to create pink, bubble gum-flavored cotton candy. It comes in a 1-pound jar. To create cotton candy, 2 tablespoons of the product should be mixed with 10 pounds of cane sugar. Users should be careful to not use this flavoring and color mix with cornstarch since it will clog the cotton candy machine's heating element.

I had never used Flossine before but this is the way to go..
Was surprised by how far this 1lb tub would go. I will definitely be making my cotton candy fresh with Flossine in the future. The smell and flavor is very much intense when made fresh!
Cost effective concentrate...
One jar of this concentrate will color and flavor lots of cotton candy! Kid tested but this flavor was mild and hardly there. The color was fine and as it was added to table sugar in proper amounts. I wish I was working with Gold Medal to put some zing into their flavors.
I would buy this product again.
I use this product to flavor sugar used to make cotton candy. It mixes nicely with the sugar and stores safely for periods of time.
